Assure Controls, Inc. Moves Headquarters into New Offices

Assure Controls, Inc. Headquarters

Carlsbad, California, March 1, 2006 — On March 1st, 2006, Assure Controls, Inc. moved into a new corporate headquarters:

This move is another milestone for our young company, and we have just had our one year anniversary. "Assure" is located in the heart of Carlsbad's thriving technology and life sciences industry, about 20 miles north of San Diego. With this new office we now have a modern facility with a receptionist, administrative office space, a small lab, and conference room with teleconferencing and state-of-the-art presentation equipment. The office will be staffed by:

• Dea Simon, Business Manager, Dea@assurecontrols.com, responsible for business processes, commercialization practices, vendor and supplier relations, and direct marketing/sales.
  
  
• Bryan Buljat, Corporate and Business Development, BryanBuljat@assurecontrols.com, responsible for alliances and partnerships, as well as opportunities with government agencies and departments.
  
  
• Bryan Bjorndal, President, BryanBjorndal@assurecontrols.com, principle investigator, corporate vision, engineering, manufacturing operations, and organizational growth.

In the next few weeks we will add a biologist to assist with our laboratory requirements, quality control, and the scale up of our disposable supplies operation using marine phytoplankton that are packaged and shipped for use with the QwikLite 200 instrument. And in April, we will add a marketing assistant as we begin initial sales and shipments.
